It's time for a small reminder how to use super healthy chia seeds in the easiest possible way for YOUR delicious breakfast! All you need is to mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds (my favorite ones are HEALTHIE BIO CHIA SEEDS from Sensilab) in 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 tbs of vanilla extract and leave it overnight in the fridge. So when you wake up, put fresh blueberries over your pudding and your super healthy breakfast is ready! Made in a minute, gone in a second! Trust me! ;) Bon apetit!
